Earlier this month, PERFORM2Scale consortium members attended and spoke at the Fourth Global Forum on Human Resources for Health in Dublin, which this year focused on building the health workforce of the future.

We delivered a short presentation entitled 'Strengthening decentralised human resource management to improve health workforce performance' in the 'Health workforce policy and practice' track, alongside Dr Helen Prytherch, a public health specialist and Head of Unit at the Swiss Centre for International Health. Together we looked at the PERFORM project - its aims, the action research approach, outputs and lessons learnt - and then on its application in the PERFORM2Scale initiative. The presentation was well received by the audience, and we look forward to updating them on our progress at the fifth global forum.
