Lessons on scale up - introduction

This is an introduction to a session on scaling-up health system initiatives, and was presented at the Fifth Global Symposium for Health Systems Research in Liverpool on 12th October 2018. It was delivery by Tim Martineau of Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine.
